From policy question to evidence and human review.

Watch PolicyOps in action

Ask, inspect and route an answer.

The walkthrough shows the product route rather than a generic chatbot response. The answer is presented with an evidence status, supporting policy sections and a route to accountable review.

The scenario and records are seeded demonstration data. They show implemented interaction patterns, not proof that a particular customer environment or policy library is configured.

The complete evidence route.

00:00

Ask an operational question

A user asks what to do when supplier due diligence fails. The question is directed to the controlled policy library rather than an unmanaged set of files.

00:08

Read the direct answer

PolicyOps returns practical guidance with its evidence or assurance position visible. The answer does not present itself as legal advice or final organisational approval.

00:17

Inspect supporting sections

The source view identifies the policy version and cited section used. Related policy context remains distinguishable from the material supporting the answer.

00:28

Review the evidence trace

The evidence route shows why material was selected and keeps provenance available for an authorised reviewer.

00:35

Send for human review

The answer is assigned for review, preserving the question, source basis and accountable follow-up.

What the journey leaves behind

The evidence route becomes a reconstructable record.

The video ends when the answer is assigned for human review; it does not depict an approved organisational decision. The retained question, evidence position, policy version, cited sections and accountable follow-up provide the basis of a decision receipt and the fuller evidence pack available to authorised reviewers.

The receipt is a concise view of the governed record, not a declaration that the answer was legally correct or formally approved.

Evidence, not a feature promise

What you can inspect, and what still needs verification.

PolicyOps is policy governance software from Cloudable. This page is a vendor demonstration, not an independent review. The recording uses seeded material; interface wording can vary by release. Ask to see the same checks in the version and environment you are evaluating.

On smaller screens, scroll the table horizontally to compare the evidence and its boundaries.

CapabilityPublic evidenceBoundary to verify
Source-backed policy answersShown in the walkthroughA question, answer and supporting policy sections are visible in the seeded journey.Check the approved source set, exact version and cited wording. A fluent answer is not evidence that the source supports it.
Evidence and limitationsShown and explainedThe transcript and evidence route explain supporting sections, provenance and the answer's assurance position.Test a question the library cannot support. Inspect the warning or missing-source response rather than assuming every question can be answered.
Human review and decision recordsReview assignment shownThe video ends at human review. The illustrative decision receipt explains the record to inspect.Assignment is not approval. Reopen the saved record as an authorised reviewer and verify evidence, permissions and the recorded outcome.
Policy relationshipsSeparate capability guideThe relationships guide explains suggestions, human confirmation and recorded decisions. Not demonstrated in this video. Ask to see acceptance and rejection; do not assume automatic conflict resolution.
AI-assisted investigation and IntelligenceOptional and plan-dependentSee PolicyOps Intelligence and the published plans.Confirm entitlement, provider readiness, processing terms and usage limits. Core workflows remaining available without AI does not mean every AI-assisted feature is active.
Deployment and buyer assuranceCustomer-specific evidence requiredUse the security and assurance questions before procurement.Identity, residency, retention, connectors, backup and any certification need environment-specific evidence. A demo is not a customer deployment or certification claim.

A buyer evaluation you can repeat

Run the Policy Proof Test.

Use these checks with PolicyOps, your current document workflow or another supplier. Agree the expected source and review route before the demonstration. Record each check as observed, not observed or not applicable, with a reason.

  1. Choose controlled material. Use seeded, suitable public or explicitly agreed documents. Record the policy version and who confirmed it is authoritative.
  2. Ask a supported question. Open the cited section and check that it actually supports the answer, including any conditions or exceptions.
  3. Ask an unsupported question. Check that missing evidence or limits are visible and that the answer does not invent authority.
  4. Inspect the boundary. Distinguish direct evidence from related context. Verify the actions available to the intended user role.
  5. Reconstruct the record. Save or route the answer for review, then ask another authorised reviewer to recover the question, source basis, limitations and follow-up.

A single successful test does not establish accuracy across a whole policy estate. Before rollout, repeat it with representative questions, exceptions and access roles.
